Yan-Yak is an English Leather goods label founded by London based designer Hannah. Hannah has a background in leather goods. Having previously worked for brands such as Paul Smith, Belstaff, Lulu Guinness and Jigsaw amongst others.

Yan-Yak means One Oak in Cumbrian dialect. It was the name Hannah’s grandparents called the house they built, worked and lived in.

Yan-Yak works with small leather workshops in England to create its bags. Yan-Yak has been built to last, built to pass down and built to have a story.

Hannah draws inspiration for Yan-Yak from traditional leather techniques and hardware, nostalgic grainy family photos and a childhood growing up in the 90s making pasta jewellery.

Hester produces fresh, organic produce from local farmers in New York. Even our spices are fresh. Just because pickling is a preservation process doesn’t mean you can use dried-up thyme or week-old asparagus that’s already a little spongy.

We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.
